From Behavioural Compliance to Value Internalization

Abstract

This study will explore whether an individual’s sustained behavioural compliance at workplace could lead to internalization of the value(s) underpinning the behaviour. It will also identify the boundary conditions and the underlying social-psychological mechanisms.
