There are expectations of good experience with a product or a service and have greater liberty to move to the next product or service. Challenges faced by the industry include matching with the rising expectations of the customer, expanding the network to uncovered areas, containing rising fuel and freight costs and reduction of attrition among express service employees. The profile of a delivery boy ranges from picking up and delivering documents, messages, packages and various other products and deliver it to a different location.
