Scaling Up Rural Services in Primary Education, Tamil Nadu

Abstract

The objective is to examine the shortfall of rural primary school services in selected Indian states (Tamil Nadu) in terms of quantity and quality and estimate the extent of required human and financial resources to scale up the services. The study will also recommend policy changes to ensure better quality of primary education in the states.
