dc.description.abstract | An evaluation and bound procedure is developed which offers substantial improvement over conventional approach. The improvement is measured in terms of the simplicity of the judgments and the number of judgments that are required from the decision-maker in identifying a preferred decision alternative. An extensive experimental study is reported. Some experimentally verified rules for implementing the procedure on an interactive computer are discussed. | en |
