dc.description.abstractThe use of cooker in breakfast was limited. Dal, Rice, Khichadi, Kheer, Handva done in cookers tasted comparatively better, but not the vegetables. Preference of users for attributes of cookers was assessed through cojoint analysis. Design engineers constantly face the problem of deciding which of the several possible design features will appeal to the potential buyers the most. After this study it can be stated that features prefferd are back - up provision, stainless steel vessels and "doneness" indicators.en
