Decision support system for project management

Abstract

Management of projects has become more and more complex, both due to the enormous size and complexity of the jobs involved and the uncertainty involved in the job environment. This has called for a fresh look at the entire problem, refinements to the earlier used network techniques have been made to handle the complexities of such problems. On such problems in the handling of multiple projects under multiple resources constraints. Our study has this problem as its focus.
