Majority of the faculty opined that the institute is in need of someone with qualities to deal with challenges, with exceptional administrative skills apart from academic excellence. It was also pointed that the director needs to be an individual who can helm completion of ongoing infrastructural projects,” the faculty member said requesting anonymity.
