dc.description.abstract | The HRD Department at Apogee Ltd had launched a newsletter Apogee Connections in an electronic format about 180 months back. Although meant to be a bimonthly that would initially begin as a quarterly publication, it has so fact had only three issues. The newsletter seems to have not gained much interes across the compnay and the junior manager responsible for sourcing material has been facing considerable problems. An annual review of the newsletter was part of the action plan and is taking place now after some delay. A meeting has been called to discuss view points, to share experiences, and to generate recommendations going forward. | en_US |
