Various studies across the globe have concluded that living beings face questionable instances in life where the being has to balance out the stakes and consider all the stakeholders of value. In such instances, the beings go through changes in their mind, body and being. This phenomenon of stress is not uncommon or unheard of. It is widespread and every being faces or experiences it at one point in his/her/its living cycle life. In humans, the stress encompasses across every phase in life. It encompasses every occupation, thus leading to varying levels of physiological, behavioural or physical changes such as depression, anxiety and/ or injury.en_US
