Insurance consumption behavior of millennials
Abstract
The project titled “Insurance Consumption Behaviour of Millennials” intends to test the perception, purchase intent and product requirements of insurance policies for millennials in India vis-à-vis Gen X. Insurance as a service has changed a lot since the deregulation in India. Many private players are now focusing on the changing dynamics due to the millennial generation’s changed attitude towards products and services. They have observed a lack of interest in the millennial generation for insurance as a service.
