Countries like India and China, where the total consumer numbers run into billions can provide excellent business opportunities to the global MNCs. So, in the recent times, many international MNCs are entering these emerging markets to grow their business. But there MNCs need to tackle many issues like lack of intermediary firms, less understanding of managing talent, etc. In all these issues, lack of understanding of managing talent in the emerging world can pose significant risk for the operations of these companies.
