dc.description.abstract	There has been an increasing focus on HRM's best practices into the Organizations across the globe. Nevertheless, Covid19 has changed the business dynamics of the IT Industry across the world, and HRM think tanks have taken a new route and strategic decision to make the IT organization sustain in the present Covid-19 crisis. The impact is going to stay in the Industry and would be in a new norm.
