The relocation industry in India remains fragmented, unregulated, and unorganized, with various small players contributing to a lack of transparency, poor handling of goods, and lack of customer service. The need for intervention to provide a more holistic solution is driven by the rising millennial population in India, the majority of who are migrants, and live in rented apartments or houses. With the urban migration increase, the high-rise culture is becoming more commonplace, making the need for a holistic end-to-end solution for relocation all the more pertinent in today's time. This report attempts to understand the main pain points and decision-making levers for customers when relocating intracity or across cities. We have tried to dive deep into the major gaps in the market by employing various primary and secondary research methods to determine the decision variables. The insights from our research have been used to determine overall market sizes of different segments, based on which the decision of "where to play" has been undertaken. We have also attempted to create an operating and business model to tap into the chosen model.en_US
