Studying behaviour of IIM-A students in the classrooms and how their perception of success varies with their mindset
Abstract
The aim of the study is to find the relationship between the perception of success of IIM-A students to their behaviour in classroom and the mindset that they hold. The relationship is modelled on a linear regression model and also has independent factors like age, year of study, education degree and gender. Responses from 137 IIM-A students have been studied for conducting the analysis for the regression model. The hypothesis for the model variables is validated at 95% level of significance upon which final conclusions regarding the research is undertaken.
