Abstract

Ms. Swathi Bhargava, welcome and thank you for agreeing to join us for your internship. As you know, we are a small-scale auto parts manufacturing company but have quite a reputation in the local market. We just secured an order from a well-known automobile equipment manufacturer in the Detroit area. Good times are ahead, and I am quite excited. However, I am also nervous about meeting the new surge in demand. How much more can I get out of my present workforce without overexerting them? Should I be on the lookout for new employees?
