dc.description.abstract | Reliance Industries Limited, an Indian Conglomerate has showcased consistent positive growth for their Refining and Petrochemicals business, now merged into the Oil -2-Chemical business. Being a private player in the Indian hydrocarbon business, which is resource poor, Reliance has steadily grown and has regularly out done the Singapore Standard for the Gross Refinery margin. The company holds the crown of the largest refinery in a single location among 700+ active refineries in the world and has strived to continuously invest in their technology and their employees. RIL’s O2C business is a strong advocate for the high-performance work systems and this report has analysed their history and human resource practices. | en_US |
