Abstract

When Global consulting firms are considered, their knowledge is their product. So, it is crucial for these firms to have an effective knowledge management system. As a result, most consulting firms have created extremely complex knowledge management systems and are frequently considered as role models for businesses in other sectors. Their impressive portfolios of knowledge assets, which include the firms' prior project experiences as well as external data and reports, have allowed consulting teams to "stand on the shoulders of giants" when approaching new client projects. They were the ones to pioneer the development of innovative knowledge management systems.
