    Abstract
The objective of this project is to explain key concepts of Organizational Behaviour through easy to read and understand stories. Each of these stories is based on traditional Indian stories that are typically passed on through generations as “Indian Wisdom”. The stories aim to be relatable and pique interest and curiosity in the reader. Each story has a moral at the end which will help consolidate a key Organizational Behaviour concept. The stories, concepts, and morals have been written with a Ninth grader student in mind, although children slightly younger should be comfortable with these as well. These concepts and learnings are often ignored in the formative years of education, despite their importance for the holistic growth of an individual, which is why connecting the concepts with Indian stories will help the students understand, absorb, and retain the learnings.
