Food supply chains (FSC) are becoming more and more threatened by value chain distribution and nutrition security (Kirwan et al., 2017). This report attempts to define the effects of APMC reforms on the supply chains of agri producers by reviewing the qualitative and quantitative status of those reforms in several districts from various Indian states. In order to provide advice about policy and supply chain management, the report also assesses the nutritional quality of such policy-driven food value chains.en_US
