Developing hybrid seed enterprise: an induced growth of high yielding varieties programme in India

It would have been exercise in imagination if we were to talk about the seed industry in India a decade ago. Now that we are in a position not only to talk about the seed industry, but also we can discuss about the developing hydride seed industry in India shows how rapidly the so called stagnant agricultural sector in India is becoming dynamic.
