dc.description.abstractRegulation and control of fertility is essentially an individual decision and it is taken by the individual at his own level, usually in consultation with some significant persons. Such a decision reflects the acceptance of change on the part of the individual. A significant role can be played by communication sources like the television in hastening this process of change in the individual.
