Abstract

This Case reviews the distribution system of the pharmaceutical company over various years. There have been at least four changes in the distribution system, as a response to environmental, marketing and cost considerations. The case further focuses on the recent change in distribution system where a new link is added in the distribution system using carrying and forwarding agencies. Data is available to analyze the pros and cons of this recent change over.
