dc.description.abstract | Competencies are the underlying knowledge, skills and attributes necessary to successfully perform a job. The exercise deals with developing competency framework for specific jobs. The exercise is done in context of an academic institute which provides various courses on management. The purpose of the exercise is to study/define different competency levels for different roles/skills. By working on this, exercise participants will be able to understand how to develop technical and behavioural competency framework and discuss its organizational applications. | en |
